The B&B Flavia 21 was born on the hill of Elice, a small medieval village in Abruzzo.
It is 22 km from the Adriatic Sea, 38 km from the Gran Sasso massif, 28 km from Pescara Centrale railway station and 31 km from Abruzzo International Airport.
The B&B is located on the first floor of a partially renovated rural house from 1976.
